Grand Legacy At The Park

We loved how close we were to the parks. It made our walk waaaaay easier after a long 12-14 hour day in the parks. The beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms very spacious for our group of four. The hot tub/pool area was beautiful, and made for a good night soak for our feet after a long day. On our third night at the hotel we ran into some noise issues with our next door neighbours, I ended up going down to the front desk at 5:00am to see what we could do to potentially change our sleeping arrangements. The gentleman I talked to was amazing, and completely understood the situation. Without wanting to upset our neighbours, we were offered another room and did our move at 5:15 that morning. Once we made the room switch we slept like the dead for the remaining nights! So thank you so much for making that accommodation for us!

Imagine our surprise and joy when we discovered a beautiful welcome basket in our room, thoughtfully arranged to celebrate our 3-year anniversary! It was such a warm and personal touch that truly made us feel special and valued. This marks our third consecutive year choosing this hotel for our anniversary, and once again, the staff has exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating memorable experiences is truly remarkable. Every interaction, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, has been positive and filled with genuine care. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our anniversary celebration so incredibly special. Your warmth, thoughtfulness, and dedication to your guests are truly appreciated. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Great location, very close to Disneyland. Our room was in the back of the hotel which added a some extra minutes walking. Beds were very comfortable, firm but soft and the pillows were good too. Shower was nice and hot, pressure could be a bit better but not a big deal. Room service takes the garbage and changes the towels daily, not a full room service (bed, cleaning) but enough for the 5 nights we stayed. Employees were friendly, our room was not ready before check in time (4pm) which is okay but we find that more often than not hotels will have early check in. Parking was $20 and no assigned spots, we only had the car one day. They offer to hold your luggage before check in time or after check out time, so that was nice. Would stay there again, you get what you'd expect for a 3 star motel. You are paying for the premier location.

Great location, literally right across the street from disneyland. The room was great, and I like that security is checking who's coming in. The things I didn't like were the hidden parking fees for each day, which are due once you check in. They should put on here that there are parking fees so we can plan for that ahead of time. Parking is horrible, if you arrive late, good luck trying to find parking anywhere near your room. The check-in staff seemed annoyed to do their job. They were very bland and rushed even though there was no one in front of me or behind me. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here.

Location was great, pool area nice, bed very very comfy and loved the 2 sinks. Our only complaint would be the following.... we stated we did not require our bed sheets changed during our stay, but we were surprised that the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. We received new towels, but the dirty ones were not removed (and we actually only needed towels every 2nd day), the coffee was replenished, but the dirty coffee cups and garbage was not taken out. I would have thought the beds would be made. I had made my bed, by the other bed was never made. I don't want to sound snobish, but when you are paying a pretty penny for stays, you do expect your room to be cleaned and beds made. The rooms were not vacuumed or swept, which again, you would think would be done.
